For over 15 years, Samantha Lotus has worked as a Holistic Nutritionist, Life Coach, and Human Optimization Specialist, guiding women in restoring their health, strengthening their capacity, and building lives aligned with purpose.
Her foundation is in human optimization, psychology, and soul-led entrepreneurship. She taught the Professional Practice course at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, supporting emerging practitioners in building sustainable, mission driven, and profitable businesses.
Over the past decade, she has mentored more than 2,500 entrepreneurs across health, coaching, and leadership spaces, helping them refine their positioning, expand their authority, and build businesses capable of holding their mission.
